Workplace hostility is an important issue for all physicians concerned about retention of well-trained, competent assistants, civil litigation and creating a healthy working environment for their healthcare team. Participants will receive training in identifying, stopping and preventing disruptive behaviors, which can affect their number of medical procedures performed, and consequently their bottom line.
