Union Members - Multi-Session Workshop #2

Union members will explore what defines bullying vs. harassment and how it differs from simple rudeness or teasing. Learn what behaviors are unacceptable and what triggers contribute to this social aggression. You’ll receive practical advice on handling bullies, including your legal rights and your union protections. Gain practical knowledge to prevent / avoid future occurrences.
