Remedying Hostile Work Environments
Union Members - Multi-Session Workshop #1
2.5 Hours
Union members can be targets of workplace bullying and social aggression. Over time, these rude or belligerent behaviors become so ingrained they almost appear as normal. Worker turn over, reduced student care and grievances are the price paid for a hostile work environment.
Learn new skills to protect your union members from gossip, backbiting, and frustration. This workshop is specific to the needs of union members and leaders who want to learn their rights under the law.
