Multi-Day Workshop #2

In Multi-Session workshop number 1, teachers and staff learn to stop and identify workplace bullying and harassment.

Workshop #2 participants will now learn how to prevent these behaviors!

At this time Mike reinforces with educators, students and parents the recognition of bullying and will then teach methods of prevention.  The secondary phase (6-9 months later) includes new role-playing and audience participation. Prevention skills, changes in hierarchy, and strong policy and procedures are just some of the new strategies participants will learn in this practical interactive workshop.
